These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the ‘England Rugby X Nyetimber’ Match Day Programme Competition (“Promotion”). 5. Entrants must enter by completing the form onsite which is accessed through scanning the QR Code in the match day programme.

6. The promotion closes at 11.59 pm on Sunday, 15th March 2026.
7. There is one prize, 1x Magnum of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage.
8. The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email by end of Monday 16th March, 2026.
9. We reserve the right to provide an alternative Prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. No purchase is necessary.
11. No automated entries will be accepted.
12. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.

However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability.
    2. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. Nyetimber reserves the right to vary, cancel or amend, without notice, this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.  In the event of cancellation, the Prize(s) may be awarded to a winner drawn from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
   24. Entrants should be aware of the following inherent risks related to the consumption of alcohol:

       2. The Nyetimber sparkling wine bottles are heavy and extra care should be taken when lifting;
       3. Sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build-up of gas and extra care should be taken when uncorking, including angling the bottle away from the face and eyes.
