Customer Care

Standard Delivery is available as a next day or selected day delivery, on Monday to Friday for delivery between 8am to 6pm (UK time). Nyetimber will undertake to arrange next day delivery (excluding weekends) for all Customer Orders received up to 1.00pm. Orders received after 1.00pm will be processed on the next working day. In addition to Standard Delivery, we also offer the option of a Saturday delivery. Unavoidably, delivery times can sometimes be extended, such as during peak periods or periods of adverse weather conditions or for personalised order. Where it is not possible for any reason to arrange Standard Delivery of a Saturday delivery, the expected day of delivery will be indicated on your Confirmation Email.

Multiple Address Delivery
We now offer delivery to up to ten (10) addresses as part of one Order.
You must be logged in to do this.
Personalised products are currently excluded from this service.
If you require delivery to more than thirty (30) addresses, please email us at customerservice@nyetimber.com where one of our team can help you with your Order.

Signature Required

A signature is required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable form of ID, which the Customer must be ready to present on delivery of an Order.
If the courier is unable to successfully deliver your Order, they will leave instructions for re-booking delivery.

If a Customer is unable to comply with an ID request for any reason, the courier may be unable to deliver the Order and Nyetimber will not be responsible for any re-delivery charges arising as a result of having to rearrange delivery of that Order.

Delivery Fee

There is no minimum product Order for delivery.

We offer complimentary Standard Delivery (next day or selected day delivery) on all orders which are over £70 when shipping to a single address.

Where you select the ‘multiple shipping’ option at checkout, complimentary shipping is available for any element of an Order shipping to any single address with a value over £70. This means that if your order total is over £70 but you select multiple delivery and the value of the products going to an individual shipping address is at or under £70, complimentary Standard Delivery will not be available.

Delivery fee is £5.95 for Orders at or under £70 via Standard Delivery (next day or selected day).
Delivery fee is £11.95 for any Orders for Saturday delivery.
Delivery fees are subject to change.

Delivery Locations

Nyetimber is unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK.
