These terms and conditions govern the use of the personalisation option which is from time to time made available on the Webstore in respect of certain Nyetimber Products (‘Personalisation Terms’). These Personalisation Terms apply together with the Nyetimber Terms and Conditions of Sale, which continue to apply unless they conflict with these Personalisation Terms, in which case these Personalisation Terms have priority.
Capitalised words used in these Personalisation Terms have the same meanings as in our Terms of and Conditions of Sale unless they are defined in these Personalisation Terms.
Personalisation is only made available for certain products from time to time at the discretion of Nyetimber. Personalisation is currently only available on the gift boxes only of Classic Cuvee MV, Rose MV, Cuvee Cherie, Blanc de Blanc, Tillington Single Vineyard styles.
Personalisation is only available in one font size and using the Tangerine font style.
Your personalised message must not, in the opinion of Nyetimber, be:
illegal or offensive in any way;
infringe a third party’s rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademarks);
encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol;
present abstinence or moderation in a negative way;
advertise or promote direct sale or offer of any product of any kind or nature;
be connected in any way to a commercial/advertising/corporate purpose (unless with our prior consent).
Your personalised message must be:
no longer than the stated character limit.
only include Latin alphabetical letters, standard figures and a selection of other special signs as available on a standard UK QWERTY keyboard and
of a personal/private in nature;
Nyetimber shall not be responsible or liable for, and does not endorse any, personalised message generated on the Nyetimber Webstore.
Where your message is considered by Nyetimber to be in breach of these Personalisation Terms, we reserve the right (but are under no obligation) to reject your message and to refuse to proceed with the personalisation order. In this event, our Customer Service team will use their reasonable efforts to contact you to discuss your order and the personalisation message. In the event that we are unable to reach you or, having been contacted by our Customer Service team, you do not wish to amend your message, your order will be cancelled and any monies paid by you in respect of the cancelled order will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
Nyetimber cannot accept responsibility for any mistyping errors contained within any personalisation message, i.e. spelling mistakes or errors in spacing or numbering format.
Your personalised product is one of a kind and therefore may take longer than usual to arrive. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours but during peak times, such as at Christmas, we have extended delivery times for personalised products. If you require your personalised product urgently, please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements. Please note, personalised products are currently excluded from our multi-address delivery service.
You may not cancel an order for personalised products. However, we do provide refunds or exchanges where personalised products supplied are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. If you have received a personalised product that is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, please contact us at email@example.com.
