Nyetimber Gift Card T&Cs

1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
2. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new card or be replaced after expiry. No cash change will be given on purchases made using gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.
3. Gift cards can only be used in a single transaction and are available in denominations of £100, £150 and £250 with a £100 minimum purchase.
4. Gift cards may be exchanged for goods the price of which being equal to or lower than the balance or value of the Gift card. Gift Cards can be used as a complete or partial payment. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, balance must be paid with another method of payment using a debit or credit card.
5. If any products purchased using a gift card are returned, the balance will be credited as a credit note note (in the form of a voucher code) and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
6. Gift Cards can only be used online at nyetimber.com.
7. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and Nyetimber is not liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged gift cards, or if a gift card is used without your permission.
8. Nyetimber reserves the right to refuse to accept any gift card (and to take alternative forms of payment) which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
9. Nyetimber reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it deems such action necessary. If so, Nyetimber may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless it suspects fraud in relation to a gift card.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Nyetimber is final.
11. Nyetimber makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Nyetimber can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees or denominations) without prior notice.
13. By purchasing, using or accepting a gift card you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
