Nyetimber Tasting Tickets for West Chiltington Village Show T&Cs

1. These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tasting tickets which are from time to time made available on the Webstore (‘Tasting Experience Terms’). These Tasting Experience Terms apply together with the Nyetimber Terms and Conditions of Sale, which continue to apply unless they conflict with these Tasting Experience Terms, in which case these Tasting Experience Terms have priority.
2. Capitalised words used in these Tasting Experience Terms have the same meanings as in our Terms of and Conditions of Sale unless they are defined in these Tasting Experience Terms.
3. A Nyetimber tasting experience comprises:
   1. A ticket for one person, for a total duration of approximately up to 1 hour with, up to approximately 20 other people, to be held in an area of the West Chiltington Village Show taking place on 13 July 2024 at a time slot of either 2pm, 3pm or 4pm.
   2. You will be given the opportunity to taste some of Nyetimber’s English Sparkling Wine.
   3. You will be given a discount code to use on the Nyetimber.com Webstore.

provided that Nyetimber reserves the right to cut short, cancel or change the nature of the tasting experience, at Nyetimber’s discretion, without notice (‘Tasting Experience’)

4. You must be 18+ to attend a Tasting Experience.
5. Tickets for the Tasting Experience are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. Tickets will only be refunded where Nyetimber cancels the applicable Tasting Experience, changes the date or reschedules the date of the applicable Tasting Experience.
6. E-tickets will be issued, no hard copy tickets will be issued. When your booking has been confirmed your tickets will be dispatched via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your e-ticket requirements is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing e-tickets in accordance with the information you provide.
7. Tasting Experience tickets are available in limited quantities on a first come first served basis and are only available for purchase at certain times of the year at the discretion of Nyetimber via the Webstore.
8. Tickets are valid for the date shown on the ticket only.
9. Tickets do not guarantee car park entry.
10. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions from Nyetimber staff during your Tasting Experience, including without limitation those in respect of health and safety.
11. No dogs are permitted to attend Tasting Experiences, save for assistance dogs notified to Nyetimber in advance of the Tasting Experience.
12. No smoking or use of e-cigarettes is permitted at Tasting Experiences.
13. Permission must be obtained from Nyetimber for all filming and photography for commercial purposes. You may take photos and film for personal use.
14. Nyetimber reserves the right to refuse entry into, or remove from the Tasting Experience, any person (without refund of ticket cost). This includes, but is not limited to, a person who:
    1. Has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of Nyetimber, has, or is likely to, adversely affect the health and/or safety or enjoyment of staff and/or other visitors.
    2. Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace or disturb Tasting Experience.
    3. Is, or appears to be, under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
15. You acknowledge that you will be liable to Nyetimber for any damage caused by you during the Tasting Experience or for any injury caused to any of our staff or representatives or to other visitors during your Tasting Experience.
16. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by that of our employees or any other liability that cannot, as a matter of law be excluded or limited, we exclude our liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by you or occurring to any items belonging to you as a result of your Tasting Experience; and our liability to you shall be limited to the price of your Tasting Experience Under no circumstances will we be liable to you or to any third party for any consequential or indirect loss, damage or expense.
17. Nyetimber does not accept any liability in respect of any failure by the organisers of West Chiltington Parish Show to make a Tasting Experience available on the terms above.
18. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against tickets to a Tasting Experience.
19. Nyetimber shall be donating the proceeds from Tasting Experiences to West Chiltington Parish.
