Currently, the Nyetimber Estate is not available for private events. However, we welcome guests to visit the estate on our Open Days and for our Chef’s Paired Dining Experiences. For details on upcoming Open Days and to purchase tickets, please visit here.

You must be 18+ to attend an Open Day, therefore we are unable to accommodate children.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dogs. However, guide dogs are permitted. Please notify Nyetimber in advance of the Open Day.

Yes, our gift cards can be redeemed on all products, including open days and experiences, making them the perfect gift for any occasion. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please find our gift cards here

Yes, we currently offer shipping to up to 10 delivery addresses. To access this, please ensure you are logged into your account at checkout. If you wish to place an order to more than 10 addresses, please contact customerservice@nyetimber.com and we will be able to assist you. Please note, personalised products are currently excluded from this service.

Currently we only ship to the UK.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it. However, if you contact us at customerservice@nyetimber.com before your order has been dispatched, we can assist with cancelling the order and issuing a full refund, allowing you to place a new order.

If you contact us shortly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes to your delivery date or address. Please email us at customerservice@nyetimber.com , including your order number. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make adjustments. However, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details, allowing you to manage delivery preferences directly with DHL.
