Delivery for Christmas 2023

Please note that orders must be received BEFORE Thursday 21 December 2023 at 1pm (UK Time), in order for us to guarantee delivery by Christmas 2023.

Delivery for New Year’s Eve 2024

To receive your order in time for the New Year’s Eve 2024, please place your order BEFORE Thursday 28 December 2023 at 1pm (UK time).

Next Day Delivery

Please note that between 20 December 2023 and 3 January 2024, our couriers may experience delays of 24hrs on some services. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on orders placed between 21 December 2023 and 3 January 2024.

As always, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We will notify you when your order is dispatched, at which point you will be able to track your delivery with our courier. This is the quickest and easiest way to follow your delivery’s progress as our Customer Services team are extremely busy at this time of the year.

Christmas Nyetimber Office Times

Please note that our offices are closed from 23 December 2023 to 3 January 2024 to give our staff some relaxation time with their loved ones.
