NYETIMBER LIMITED
Nyetimber Paired Dining Experience T&Cs

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for Nyetimber Dining Experiences which are from time to time made available on the Webstore (“Dining Experience Terms”). These Dining Experience Terms apply together with the Nyetimber Terms and Conditions of Sale, which continue to apply unless they conflict with these Dining Experience Terms, in which case these Dining Experience Terms shall take priority.

Capitalised words used in these Dining Experience Terms have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions of Sale unless defined otherwise in these Dining Experience Terms.

A Nyetimber Dining Experience comprises:

  • a total duration of approximately 3.5 hours;
  • a sparkling reception with Nyetimber Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage and canapés, hosted in the White Barn and Courtyard overlooking the South Downs;
  • a seated four-course dinner in the Medieval Barn, created using locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients;
  • wine pairings with each course, culminating in 1086 by Nyetimber;
  • hosting by a Nyetimber Brand Ambassador, including guided storytelling and insight throughout the evening; and
  • the opportunity to purchase Nyetimber wines at preferential cellar door pricing (subject to availability),

Nyetimber reserves the right to amend the format, menu, wines, timings, or locations within the Nyetimber Estate at its discretion without prior notice (“Dining Experience”).

You must be aged 18 or over to attend the Dining Experience.

  • are issued as e-tickets only (no hard copies will be provided);
  • will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate.

Tickets are:

  • sold on a first-come, first-served basis;

  • limited in number per order at Nyetimber’s discretion.

Guests are required to arrive in line with the scheduled start time of the Dining Experience.

The experience begins promptly at the stated time.

Late arrivals may not be admitted and may forfeit part or all of the experience without refund.

There are no waiting facilities available on site for early arrivals. Guests arriving significantly in advance may not be accommodated until the designated start time.

We strongly recommend arranging transport in advance. Guests should not drive if intending to consume alcohol.

Guests must notify Nyetimber of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the nature of the kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

Nyetimber reserves the right to decline requests that cannot reasonably be accommodated.

You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions from Nyetimber staff during your visit, including those relating to health and safety.

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the Dining Experience, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of all attendees.

Nyetimber operates a responsible service of alcohol policy and reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

You acknowledge that you will be liable for any damage caused by you to the Nyetimber Estate, its property, or any injury caused to staff or other guests during your visit.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law:

Nyetimber shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by you or to your personal belongings; and

Nyetimber’s total liability shall be limited to the price of your Dining Experience ticket.
