A sparkling festive gathering

The Christmas celebrations began with advent at Nyetimber, as guests were welcomed to a sparkling festive gathering on Tuesday 1^st December 2015.

Transforming the Sackville Street premises into a wintertime West Sussex landscape, Nyetimber was delighted to host over 100 guests from the wine, food, media and fashion industries.

Delicious British canapés were created by 10 Greek Street, and beautifully paired with glasses of Classic Cuvee 2010, Blanc de Blancs 2007, Rose Multi-Vintage and Demi-Sec throughout the evening.

The festive atmosphere ran throughout the night as the outstanding 5-piece band, The London Essentials, moved seamlessly around the room, surprising guests with renditions of their favourite songs.

Actor and friend of Nyetimber, John Betts, also recited a beautifully written poem, filled with history and anecdotes about England’s finest sparkling wine.

A wonderful time, and a very merry #NyetimberChristmas was had by all!
