Nyetimber very proudly hosted a “Taste of Summer” restaurant pop-up by etch. on August 22nd 2015.
A venture of top British chefs Steven Edwards (MasterChef: The Professionals Winner and former Head Chef of The Camellia at South Lodge Hotel) and Josh Stanzl (Chef Director and formerly Head Chef at The Goodwood Hotel), etch. creates bespoke menus using fantastic local produce to “imprint, define & impress”.
Held in the spectacular White Barn at the Nyetimber Estate on a beautiful summer’s evening, the etch. pop-up featured a 5-course tasting menu, with each course being carefully matched with Nyetimber wines. A dish of set goats milk, golden cross and greengage was a particular highlight, pairing beautifully with our 2010 Classic Cuvee.
