Earlier this month, the iconic Victoria & Albert Museum hosted a private view of its much-anticipated exhibition, You Say you Want a Revolution? Records and Rebels 1966-1970, in aid of Supporting Wounded Veterans.
The charity runs a range of initiatives to help wounded veterans who, day in, day out, show the most extraordinary courage and fortitude. From ski-habilitation to personalised mentoring and pain-management, Supporting Wounded Veterans provides practical help and rehabilitation to those who need it most. We were honoured to be involved in the evening, raising funds for this remarkable charity.
The exhibition itself is unmissable – a lively look at everything that is loved and remembered about the swinging sixties, from fashion and film to political activism. Set to a backdrop of some of the decade’s greatest music, it explores how the latter years changed the world we live in.
You can visit You Say you Want a Revolution? until 26 February 2017 – and we highly recommend that you do.
