Nyetimber partners with The Whitby Hotel, New York

Nyetimber are thrilled to have partnered with The Whitby Hotel New York, part of the Firmdale Hotels Collection.

On 6^th February, Nyetimber sparkling wines will be served at a ticketed dinner on 6^th February. The acclaimed Nyetimber 1086 Rosé 2010 will be served alongside pancetta stuffed quail with blood orange gastrique, whilst the delicate sweetness of Cuvee Chérie will compliment a delicious dessert of Meyer lemon sabayon, meringue brulée and a fresh mango-citrus salad.

Situated in the heart of upper midtown Manhattan on West 56th Street at 5th Avenue, The Whitby Hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design, making this a wonderful location for a truly special Nyetimber experience.
