THE EXPERIENCE
Taking place over three exclusive weekends, this paired dining experience offers a rare opportunity to enjoy our prestige cuvee and world-renowned sparkling wines at the heart of the Nyetimber Estate.
The evening begins with a sparkling reception featuring Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage and canapés, hosted in our White Barn and Courtyard, with views across the South Downs. Before moving to the historic Medieval Barn for a meticulously curated four-course dinner, showcasing the finest locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients. Each course is expertly paired with one of Nyetimber’s celebrated wines, culminating in the pinnacle of our winemaking, 1086 by Nyetimber.
The evening will be hosted by our Brand Ambassador, who will guide the experience, introducing each pairing while sharing the rich story of Nyetimber’s heritage and craftsmanship.
To complete the evening, there is an opportunity to purchase Nyetimber wines at cellar door pricing, with £50 from the ticket price redeemable against a case of six bottles purchased on the night. A perfect way to commemorate the evening.
Kindly note that we do not accept cash payments, and all purchases must be taken home on the day, as delivery services are unavailable at the Estate.

Inspired by the rich landscape of the South Downs and the finest British ingredients, our Executive Chef has crafted a bespoke menu that reflects the essence of the season. Each dish is designed to highlight the purest flavours of locally sourced and estate-grown produce, thoughtfully paired with Nyetimber’s most celebrated wines.
Taking place on select evenings in spring, summer, and autumn, the menu for this highly limited-edition experience evolves with the changing seasons. From the delicate freshness of spring to the vibrant flavours of summer, and the deeper, more complex notes of autumn, each course captures the flavours of the time of year. Classic combinations and the finest seasonal ingredients combine to create a beautifully balanced and luxurious dining experience.
There is nothing quite like raising a glass of Nyetimber to good food and fine wine – all in the heart of the landscape that inspires it.

If you are travelling by car please come to Nyetimber Vineyard, Gay Street, West Chiltington, West Sussex, RH20 2HH. (If using SatNav please ignore any instruction onto Lower Jordan’s Lane, continue on Gay Street until you see the Nyetimber sign).
Parking is free at Nyetimber, where it is only a short walk to the White Barn where you will begin the tour.
