Award-winning English sparkling wine, award-winning cuisine and award-winning florals, all sourced from the British Isles, combine to create a truly exceptional evening.
Nyetimber is set to welcome guests to an evening that’s a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, centred around their acclaimed English sparkling wines and hosted in partnership with culinary trailblazer Tomos Parry. Guests will enjoy a deliciously seasonal menu, set against the stunning backdrop of Lee Bestall’s Silver Medal winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden. The evening takes place at this summer’s hottest pop-up, The Nyetimber Garden Bar at Covent Garden, on June 24.
Every dish on this exclusive menu has been specially created by the award-winning Tomos Parry, most recently Head Chef at Kitty Fisher’s, and formerly of the prestigious River Café and Climpson’s Arch. The three-courses have been crafted to complement Nyetimber’s celebrated collection of sparkling wines, renowned across the globe as England’s finest.
The menu highlights include grilled lobster topped with melt-in-the-mouth lardo, served with clams, coco bianco in chicken broth, pea shoots and flowers. Using in-season edible flowers, Parry is not only getting the most out of this exquisite summer produce, but also echoing the stunning surroundings of Bestall’s garden. Dishes are perfectly paired with the elegance of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee MV, Classic Cuvee 2009, and Rosé MV.
