Head Chef Tom Booton and his team have created a delicious set menu, utilising the very best seasonal produce from the British coastline. Working alongside the Nyetimber team, The Dorchester’s Head of Wines, Szabolcs Ménesi, has curated an optional wine pairing for each dish, a luxurious start to the Easter weekend.
