On Thursday 6th December, Nyetimber is honoured to have partnered with restaurant and luxury hotel La Bastide Saint Antoine for a truly special evening of caviar and our award-winning sparkling wine. Set in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, iconic chefs Jacques Chibois and Laurent Barberot will be creating an exquisite 6-course menu, each paired with a Nyetimber cuvee and centred around the finest caviar from Kaviari. Delights such as roasted sea scallops and seabream ballotine will be served to guests, with the evening also offering the chance to taste the acclaimed Nyetimber 1086 Rosé 2010.
