Introducing our new spring summer collaboration ‘Hakkasan in Bloom’ with Hakkasan Mayfair and Hakkasan Hanway Place. A celebration of East meets West through a beautiful floral installation accompanied by a signature tasting menu paired with Nyetimber.
The delicious menu, created by Chef Andrew Yeo and his team celebrates local British produce with a Cantonese twist with an array of regional ingredients, widely heralded for their quality and flavour, which will be accompanied by a glass of Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2014.
