Go behind the scenes at Nyetimber

For the first time, Nyetimber is inviting two first year Plumpton students – one FdA Wine Business student, one FdSc Wine Production student – to gain work experience in a variety of disciplines and departments at the producer over a period of 10 days during the Spring/Summer Term 2020.  Successful applicants will have the opportunity to shadow members of the marketing, sales, vineyard and winery teams at the pioneering English winery. This is a unique chance to see the inner workings of Nyetimber and gain expertise in all areas of the business. Activities undertaken during the work experience will vary from attending Nyetimber events and/or wine tastings, visiting on-trade/off-trade accounts with the sales teams and shadowing vineyard tours, to assisting with vineyard maintenance, bottling, disgorging and other aspects of the production process.

In order to apply for this work experience opportunity, students should submit their CV along with a letter detailing their interest in Nyetimber and the English sparkling wine industry, and why they feel they should be chosen.
