On 22nd May, Labyrinth by Chef LG Han played host to the launch of Nyetimber Cuvee Chérie, a beautifully reimagined Demi-Sec sparkling wine.
The evening was attended by guests of Nyetimber in Singapore, including key members of the drinks industry and press in the region. A five-course menu was crafted Chef LG Han and his team, and included innovative dishes designed to showcase the versatility of Cuvee Chérie in pairing with a variety of Singaporean inspired savoury & sweet dishes.
Labyrinth is a new expression of Singapore cuisine at a Michelin Star level, and takes diners on an exploration through the pairing of flavours and profiles of local produce inspired by chef’s memories growing up in Singapore; challenging the myth and pre-conceived notions of Singapore.
