Since joining in 2007, Brad has been responsible for managing the wine making process across all sites, from the reception of the grapes at the Pressing Centre to the expedition of the bottled wine. Being instrumental to the brand’s leading innovation, technology and CSR practices, Brad is considered to be the brand guardian and remains elemental in ensuring that Nyetimber continues to pioneer cutting edge practices in the production of sparkling wine.
Ben has been with Nyetimber for six years and specialises in the cultivation of grapes for winemaking. Ben carefully monitors the Nyetimber vineyards for any pests and diseases, is constantly assessing the most effective methods of fertilisation, irrigation and canopy management and works closely with Brad to select the very best time to harvest.
