At Nyetimber, we are passionate about gastronomy and celebrating the exceptional.

We visited Lympstone Manor, the glorious Michelin-starred hotel overlooking the Exe estuary owned by Michael Caines, and spoke to him about the dedication required to create a truly exceptional dish.

From an early age, Michael was inspired by his parents “I used to help my father cultivate vegetable and fruit, we had a big garden”.

Like Nyetimber 1086, Lympstone Manor was the realisation of a vision, and captures perfectly the spirit of the exceptional.
