Steven Edwards has been appointed executive chef to the Nyetimber Estate. The appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the pioneering English sparkling wine producer’s food offering.

The Masterchef: The Professionals winner will be reunited with Joe Pinard who spent three years working at etch. and joins Nyetimber from The Small Holding in Cranbrook. Steven brings his produce-led, seasonal approach that aligns seamlessly with Nyetimber’s commitment to craftsmanship, provenance, and excellence in English sparkling wine.

Steven will oversee the culinary direction across the Estate, curating refined dining experiences, dishes and menus designed to complement Nyetimber’s award-winning wines. Steven’s role at Nyetimber is in addition to his culinary contracts with other renowned Sussex organisations, including Brighton & Hove Albion’s Tunnel Club and The Terrace.

Together, Steven and Joe will create dishes that celebrate the very best of British produce, with a strong focus on seasonality, simplicity, and flavour. Menus will be thoughtfully designed to enhance and elevate Nyetimber’s wines, creating a cohesive and memorable guest experience across tastings, events, and dining.
