In West Sussex, the winemaking couple are toasting a new extension filled with British crafts.
British wine has never had more sparkle, and Eric, the owner behind Nyetimber, the UK’s leading fizz label, has plenty to toast this Christmas. Nyetimber’s wines are served in Annabel’s, the Savoy and (maybe better to draw a veil over this client) at Downing Street functions. They are the bubbles of choice in British embassies across the world. Demand for Nyetimber’s 2022 rosé has been unprecedented. And at the estate, on the South Downs in West Sussex, Eric Heerema has completed a new extension filled with great British design.
