
Nyetimber has been listed at 3-Michelin Star Caprice Restaurant in The Four Seasons hotel Hong Kong. As one of the region’s most prestigious restaurants, Caprice offers an extensive selection of wines with Chef Guillaume Galliot’s inventive dishes. Nyetimber is proud to be their first listing of an English sparkling wine.
Nyetimber Classic Cuvee and Blanc de Blancs 2010 are now available to enjoy alongside some truly exquisite food. Not only does The Four Seasons play home to 3* Caprice, it also houses 3-star Lung King Heen & 2-star Sushi Saito, bringing their total stars to eight – the most Michelin stars to be under one hotel roof, anywhere in the world.
