THE EVENING EVENTS
The evening will begin at 7pm with a glass of our flagship wine Classic Cuvee overlooking the estate in the White Barn. There, you will be introduced to the story of the Nyetimber by our Brand Ambassador. You will then be guided to our atmospheric Medieval Barn for the tasting menu created by Chef Andrew Yeo with each course paired with a different wine. Carriages at 10:30pm.
THE DINING EXPERIENCE
A rare chance to visit the historic Nyetimber Estate and enjoy a wine paired dinner. The delicious menu, created by Chef Andrew Yeo and his team celebrates local British produce with a Cantonese twist with an array of regional ingredients, widely heralded for their quality and flavour. Wine pairings from Nyetimber have been especially designed to complement each dish.

Hakkasan in Bloom is a limited ticket event, taking place on the evening of 14 June 2022, from 7pm until 10:30pm.

Travel: from London our vineyard is very easy to reach. We would recommend taking a train from Victoria station to Billinghurst station followed by a short 10 minute taxi.
