THE DINING EXPERIENCE
This is a rare chance to visit the historic Nyetimber Estate and dine in our 15th Century Medieval Barn. Enjoy an incredible four-course dinner by Josh and the Hide team, accompanied by our world-renowned English Sparkling Wine, including the pinnacle of our winemaking – 1086 by Nyetimber Vintage 2010.
Your evening will begin at 6:30pm, where you will be greeted with a welcome glass of Nyetimber and canapés on arrival to the Estate’s White Barn. You will then move to the Medieval Barn for dinner, where Josh and a Nyetimber Brand Ambassador will introduce each course and the accompanying sparkling wine whilst you enjoy this perfectly British pairing. The pairing showcases culinary delights including Grilled Scallops with Oyster Emulsion, Exmoor Caviar, Lobster, and Roasted Duck Breast.
At this exclusive dining experience, all attendees will have the opportunity to purchase our world renowned wines at the cellar door prices.

Josh Angus
Following his long-term passion for cooking and all things fine dining, Josh Angus started his Michelin Star story at the renowned restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, after which he moved to Hong Kong to work with Chef Shane Osborn before returning to the UK to the eponymous restaurant Dabbous. Following this, Josh took a break from the buzzing restaurant life to work as a private chef and development consultant before returning to team up with Co-Founder and Executive Chef Ollie Dabbous at Hide, to become Group Executive Chef across all sites.
At Hide, no shortcut has been taken and no expense spared: from working with the best suppliers in the country – Lake District Farmers for meat, Flying Fish, and Wild Harbour for seafood – to making almost everything in-house from scratch. Within the first five months of its opening, Hide won a Michelin Star, quickly cementing it as one of the best restaurants in London. Hide showcases the very best seasonal offerings in light and elegant dishes with multiple layers of attention to detail including the main restaurant at the heart of the space, providing nourishment and comfort for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Our nearest train stations are Pulborough and Billingshurst – we’d recommend booking a local taxi in advance from the station.
If you are travelling by car please come to Nyetimber Vineyard, Gay Street, West Chiltington, West Sussex, RH20 2HH. (If using SatNav please ignore any instruction onto Lower Jordan’s Lane, continue on Gay Street until you see the Nyetimber sign).
Parking is free at Nyetimber, where it is only a short walk to the White Barn where you will begin the tour.
