Nyetimber Releases Bottling, Riddling and Disgorgement Dates

20th January, 2014, London – Nyetimber, England’s finest sparkling wine producer, is pleased to announce that it will begin releasing bottling, riddling and disgorgement dates from today.

Over the course of 25 years, Nyetimber has established itself as a pioneer and has become known for its integrity and perfectionism. This new initiative has been implemented in an effort towards greater transparency and to demonstrate Nyetimber’s continued endeavour for quality.

Bottling, riddling and disgorgement are very important stages in sparkling winemaking. Sharing all three dates will provide consumers with a precise chronology of each wine bottle, including time aged on the lees and post-disgorgement ageing. !
